Calls for Expressions of Interest for

  1. The provision of "Register Medical Officer and Mental Health Act Administration cover" within 2 (20 Bed) Independent Hospitals in Cheshire; and separately or in conjunction;
  2. The provision of GP Services.

Alternative futures Group is a Not for Profit charitable organisation providing support and care to people with mental health problems or people with Learning Disabilities in the North West.

Expressions of Interest are invited from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers (including, social enterprise / third sector organisations and other NHS / Statutory providers) to provide;

  1. A minimum of one (Consultant Psychiatrist) RMO session per fortnight, one staff grade session per week, out of hours emergency cover and Mental Health Act administration in both hospitals for formal and informal patients detained under sections 3, 37 and 37/41 and separately or in conjunction;
  2. The full range of GP Primary Care services required for managing patients physical health care needs working in conjunction with the RMO in providing a holistic service over two, two hour sessions per week at Weaver Lodge and to facilitate effective patient care, communication should also be available within normal working hours.
